The Ashley Lodge

The Ashley Lodge was a wonderful place to stay, especially for a large family! The owners of the lodge were so kind and welcoming and made us feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Ashley! The Ashley Lodge was able to offer a large space while also bringing the charm as well!

Staying at the Lodge was wonderful! We were in Ashley for a family reunion and it was amazing that we could all stay together. It worked for us as grandparents and our 9 kids and their families.. would definitely recommend to any group.

I grew up in Ashley and was always intrigued by this building. It was vacant when I lived there and I always wondered what the inside looked like. I thought it was a shame that it sat empty. I finally had a chance to stay there this weekend and was pleasantly surprised by what it has been turned into. Very cool place! One of the most unique places I’ve ever stayed in. Owners are very friendly, helpful and accommodating, the loft where we stayed was spacious, the temperature was perfect, beds are comfy. So glad someone did something with this building because it’s a great space!

the place was great everything was here to cook and relax. we felt comfortable the entire time. very clean! I would definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasure to see the former creamery building being repurposed so effectively; the renovation into the Bed & Breakfast was a commendable addition to the town. Our family rented all three floors the weekend of June 20th. The Lodge is very spacious, with each floor offering its own unique ambiance and decor. Despite the number of guests, the space never felt crowded, allowing us to comfortably spread out throughout the building without disturbing others. Daniel and his family were very accommodating and readily available to assist with our needs. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Ashley.

We rented out the entire Ashley Lodge for a weekend wedding so our extended family could all stay together, and it was absolutely perfect! The layout worked great for a large group: • First floor: Two rooms with a queen bed plus twin bunks, and a third room with a queen bed. There’s also a full bathroom, kitchen, and cozy living room. • Second floor: A king en-suite with a kitchenette, plus another apartment-style setup that includes a room with twin bunks and a queen bed, a queen bed nook off the living room, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room. • Third floor (loft): Two queen beds, a set of twin bunks, and a single twin bed, along with a kitchen, living room, and full bathroom. The owners were wonderful—very welcoming, gave us a full tour of the property, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family gathering. Highly recommend the Ashley Lodge!

From the outside, you might drive right past The Ashley Lodge and think it's just a simple old building. But step inside, and you are in for a wonderful surprise. The accommodations inside were impressive. We stayed in a suite with plenty of room, a full kitchen, and unique decor. We met the owners, who were very friendly and welcoming. It was a comfortable and pleasant visit, and we were so happy we chose to stay here instead of a more generic hotel.

My brother, sister, and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in the first floor suite at the Lodge. The old flour mill/creamery has been lovingly transformed by owners Dan & Jill. The architectural details are astounding, and the interior design is filled with beautifully curated prairie finds. I loved the kitchen—we cooked and ate every night. The bathroom (which is fabulous) is just slightly detached from the suite, but it was just a few steps away. The three of us agree that we’ll happily return (actually, I didn’t want to leave!).
